Olympic gymnast Dong Fangxiao

Olympic gymnast Dong Fangxiao, guided and trained by Chinese Government, won bronze during the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000.

On a recently published resume of Dong, it writes that she is born in 1986. Hence, she must have been 14 years old during the Olympic Games in 2000. That would be too young.

Her birth date must have been forged on her visa and other documents so that she could have participated in the games. The Chinese government denies and tries to blameshift it back to Dong.

How would Dong possibly create her own visa/passport then ?!
